AAI warrants the quality of its products and shall exchange if any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective product, or if the product is out of date or expired. To initiate an exchange or refund, your item must be unopened and in the original packaging with the sales invoice, within seven (7) days upon receiving the products.
In the event if the customer request for cash refund, it is important to note that upon the initiation of a refund, the agent and leader’s rebates will be forfeited.
